Otomo Agent

Otomo Agent's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Otomo Agent is a recruiting platform operated by MIGINANAMEUE Inc. that connects recruitment agencies and hiring companies. Only when a user chooses to connect Google, Otomo Agent exports selected data to spreadsheets it creates (Google Sheets), manages interview events in its own calendars and shows the user events from calendars the user selects in their calendar list, including calendars shared with them (Google Calendar), and retrieves transcripts of meetings it created to record interviews (Google Meet). When an agency uses AI features (including when testing AI instructions), these transcripts are sent to AI providers to create draft summaries and evaluations; we use only providers whose contract terms do not allow them to use the data to train AI models. Google user data is not sold or used for advertising or AI model training. See our Privacy Policy.
